Boilin' Frawgz Biography

             A band that has been together for less than two years hardly deserves a bio, especially one whose members have changed countless times and have still not settled on an exact lineup or direction.  However, there is something very free and exhilarating about a band that is constantly changing.  There is one factor that remains the same, and that is lead vocalist/Guitarist/keyboardist Melanie Waters.  She started the band in the late summer of 2005.  Things evolved slowly until joined by brother Bobby Waters who acted as another driving force in the band.  He started on lead guitar, and played that until the  loss of the drummer, Henrique Gomes, and bassist, David Poole, which prompted Bobby to move to drums.  At this point the band was made up of the two of them and using local guitarists and bassists to fill gigs; things were still moving, but not as busy as before.   Another crossroads is soon upon the band, with the relocation of drummer Bobby Waters.  However, with guitarist Sean Parker and Bassist Rick Kalinauskas on board, the band is a drummer away from playing more gigs than ever.  It is certain, that Melanie Waters will keep taking gigs and make sure that a top notch band shows up to provide quality music for those listening.
